It was after 11pm on a Thursday night when I ran over something on 12th street and blew my tire out. I pulled into the car wash next door to fix the flat and found I didn't have a jack in my trunk. Out of nowhere a gentleman by the name of Brandon came over with a jack and tools to help me change the tire. Shout out to Brandon for volunteering to help a total stranger in need during closing hours!!! I'm truly grateful for all his help and highly recommend going to his business after all the care he gave me, I'm sure his customers get treated the same way. Thank you again Brandon!!

My girlfriend paid $740 hoping to leave stress-free, but she left more stressed. Only one ignition coil was replaced on cylinder one according to the invoice. I realize he had to remove the manifold so I was expecting three hours of labor, but he charged her 5.5 and only replaced one coil and left the old coils in cylinders two and three according to her invoice. She was never offered the option to replace the other two rear coils while everything was apart, which could have saved her future labor costs. For the amount she paid, this should have been clearly communicated to her as she was under the impression that all three coils would be replaced. Now in a month or two she’s likely going to have to pay another $500 labor fee somewhere else to replace those two old coils. In my experience with my own cars, every mechanic I’ve ever taken to replace Coils underneath the manifold, always change all three.

When someone tells you two weeks and they would keep you updated and they don't and it's it was over a month before you saw your car. They never call to give you the updates it makes someone really unhappy. This happened to my friend and her family. They couldn't get out of the house and do the things they needed because they waited over a month without hearing a word about their car. And they said this place was good :(
